You passed but scared to drive on Motorway or you want Refresher lessons or you are Learner and want Motorway training, you are at the right place.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all driving lessons provided by Abbasi Driving School]. By booking and attending lessons, you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility
Students must:
Hold a valid UK provisional or full driving licence.
Meet the minimum legal eyesight requirements for driving.
Inform the instructor of any medical conditions, disabilities, or medications that may affect driving ability.
Carry their driving licence to lessons if requested.
If a student does not meet legal driving requirements, the instructor reserves the right to refuse the lesson without refund.
2. Lesson Bookings
Lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to instructor availability.
Lesson duration will normally be 1, 1.5 or 2 hours, unless otherwise agreed.
10 Hours Block booking must be used within [2 months] of purchase unless agreed otherwise.
3. Payments
Payment must be made in advance or at the start of the lesson unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer.
Block bookings must be paid in full before the first lesson.
Prices may change at any time, but existing block bookings will be honoured at the original price.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Students must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
If less than 24 hours notice is given:
One hour lesson fee will be charged.
The instructor may cancel lessons due to:
Illness
Vehicle problems
Severe weather
Other unforeseen circumstances
In these cases, the lesson will be rescheduled or refunded.
5. Driving Tests
Students must:
Ensure they have a valid theory test pass certificate before booking a practical test.
Bring their provisional licence to the driving test.
Use of the instructor’s car for the practical test may be refused if the instructor believes the student is not ready or it would be unsafe.
Driving test bookings are made through the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).
6. Behaviour and Conduct
The instructor may terminate a lesson if the student:
Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Displays abusive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour
Fails to follow safety instructions
In such cases, the lesson fee will not be refunded.
7. Punctuality
Lessons will start and end at the agreed time.
If a student is late, the lesson may be shortened but charged in full.
If the instructor is late, the lost time will be added to the lesson or refunded.
8. Liability
While every effort is made to ensure safety, Driving School is not liable for:
Driving test outcomes
Delays or cancellations by the DVSA
Loss or damage to personal belongings
